This month we’re learning our H-M exercises. Try and do up to 26 reps in total or a 26 second hold depending on the exercise.
H – High knees
I – Inchworm
J – Jumping Jacks
K – Knee to Elbow Plank
L – Lunges
M – Mountain Climbers
