This month we’re learning our N – T exercises, with the assistance of a puppy for added weight and entertainment! Try and do up to 26 reps in total or a 26 second hold depending on the exercise.

N – Narrow Squat

0 – Overhead triceps extensions

P – Push ups (modified)

Q – Quick feet

R – Reverse Nordics

S – Shoulder taps

T – Triceps dips
