This month we’re learning our A-G exercises! Try and do up to 26 reps in total or a 26 second hold depending on the exercise.
A – Adductor Bridge
B – Bridge
C – Crunches
D – Deadbug
E – Elbow plank
F – Front leg raise
G – Goblet Squat
