Michelle – Practice Manager


Michelle commenced her part time employment at Spine & Sports Physiotherapy in Nov 2018. She started as an Admin Assistant and is now the teams Practice Manager. 

Michelle loves meeting new people and has a varied background in Practice Management, Treatment Coordinator & Sales. She credits these past positions to whom is she today. Michelle is the friendly voice, who will assist you to ensure  your experience at Spine & Sports Physiotherapy is one to remember.

When she is not working she enjoys spending time with her family, exercising & catching up with friends. Michelle loves fitness and maintaining a healthy lifestyle outside of work.

Sarah – Admin Assistant


Sarah joined the team in September 2022 after she initially discovered Spine & Sports Physiotherapy as a patient. However, when a position became available in the Administration team she leapt at the opportunity to apply.

You will see Sarah working on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings.

Sarah really enjoys applying her skills within a healthcare environment, and loves the positive work environment and seeing patients progress throughout their recovery.

Originally hailing from New Zealand, Sarah has lived in several countries including England and Mallorca (Spain). She has called Bunbury home since 2011, and also works with her husband in their small business #Artisan_Jewellery_Bunbury

When not at work, Sarah loves spending time with her family and dog. She loves being active by going to the gym, yoga, and Pilates. She is also an avid theatre buff and musician.

Shannen – Admin Assistant


Shannen was welcomed to the Spine & Sports Physiotherapy team in February 2020 and you will see her at the front desk every Monday and Thursday afternoon.

Shannen has had several years of experience in customer service and has completed a media degree at ECU. She likes all things creative and enjoys creating social media content for the Spine & Spine Physiotherapy web pages. She is also passionate about exercise, well-being and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

When she isn’t working, she is usually socializing. Shannen is a friendly, people-person who enjoys interacting with patients of all ages. She is there to assist you with any questions or concerns and will go the extra mile to make your visit a pleasant one. 

Brylee – Admin Assistant


Brylee has recently joined the team in 2023, beginning as Leila’s patient.

She has recently graduated from high school, and will soon start her University studies at Edith Cowan University in Bunbury. Brylee has previously worked in the customer service industry on a part time and casual basis while studying at school and hopes to bring a smiling, bubbly and welcoming face to Spine and Sports Physiotherapy. You will see her at the front desk on Friday afternoons from 12:30.

Brylee loves all things to do with sports and fitness. She plays basketball for the South West Slammers Women’s NBL-1 and WABL-1 teams, represents Bunbury in Bunbury bears, and enjoys her social A-grade basketball with the Tornadoes Basketball Club.

In her future goals she hopes to be travelling around the world working in all different healthcare settings.

Clare – Admin Assistant


Clare joined our team in September 2021 and is ready to help you at our front desk on Wednesday and Friday mornings. With a genuine passion for people, Clare previously enjoyed a career in hospitality management but was ready for a new challenge and now loves using her administration skills in a healthcare setting.

Outside of work, Clare can be found spending time with her family and enjoying creative projects in her spare time. Having grown up in rural England, hiking is Clare’s favourite way to keep fit; this love of the great outdoors has taken her all over the world but Bunbury is where she has found her home.

Tayla – Admin Assistant


Tayla joined our team in December 2023 as an Admin Assistant and is here to help you Monday mornings, plus Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons.

Outside of work Tayla likes to keep busy, whether at home with her two girls, at the gym, going for a walk or reading a book.

She loves talking to all our patients and hearing about everything that has been happening in between their visits.
