Amy Hondros – Exercise Physiologist

Bachelor of Science Double Major (Sports Science, Exercise & Health)
Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology
Cert III & IV in Fitness
Amy is originally from Perth and completed her studies at the University of Western Australia with Bachelor of Science and a Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology. Amy has made the move to the South West to continue her passion in helping individuals with exercise and lifestyle changes.
Amy’s passion is about making exercise an achievable goal for every individual and most importantly, fun! As an Exercise Physiologist, her role is to assist in exercise based rehabilitation for those who have any chronic health conditions and/or injuries. She has a passion for treating individuals with a holistic lens and will work with you to try and create positive change in working towards your goals. Amy is well versed in strength and conditioning principals as well as reformer pilates and will work alongside you to find the best fit.
When not at work, you can find her in the gym, with her friends or out exploring the South West with her dog.
Amy is very excited to come on-board and help you on your health and fitness journey!
