Diploma of Remedial Massage Therapy

Tan joined the Spine & Sports Physiotherapy team in July 2019 and has never looked back. 

Tan brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience when it comes to all things massage as he has been a massage therapist for over 10 years and completed his Diploma in Remedial Massage Therapy over 6 years ago. This advanced qualification means he has specific training in sports massage, relaxation, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, pregnancy massage and reflexology.

Tan works closely with the physiotherapists and can incorporate dry needling and spinal mobilisations into his treatment sessions to help you get better faster.

As Tan is a Remedial Massage Therapist, you are eligible for a private health insurance rebate on all his sessions (depending on your specific cover).

When Tan is not at the practice he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, relaxing, hiking and loves exploring what the South-West has to offer.

Tan is excited for his future and is always looking for new ways/techniques to develop his skills and progress his career.
